Yea yesterday I over did my workout and then did for me a rare 10 miles - Been 3 months since I last did that many and my shins are in minor pain and other parts of body - With Temps rising here I will NOT be doing that again in the fooool Sun - I used to do my runs after Surfing my Ocean a Blue so it was still early in the day - Blew that yesterday with afternoon run and - anyway I felt fyne until this AM

In almost fool recovery but will limit run 2day to just 4Miles with about 45 minutes of serious Gym workout.

If one were to look at the beaches I Surf my Ocean a Blue at - Often more of US then of the Yung ones.
