By entering this Web site (TinyChan), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Posting, disseminating or otherwise transmitting illegal materials is prohibited.
- You will immediately cease and not continue to access the site if you are under the age of 18.
- Any form of scraping, bots or any other automated systems used to affect the site will result in an immediate ban.
- The posting of personal information or private photos (collectively, "dox") is forbidden, with a few exceptions:
- If a poster posts their own dox, then reposting it is allowed.
- If the subject's dox are of public interest, e.g. the subject is a well-known spammer, then posting it is allowed.
- Posting of shotacon and lolicon is prohibited.
- Disruptive, or otherwise bothersome posts may result in a ban.
- Evasion of a ban may result in a permanent ban.
- Do not create new topics about why your topic/post was deleted. Instead, use the Mod PM function or IRC.
- TinyChan is not an image/video upload hosting service and should not be treated as one. Other Web sites exist for this purpose; use them as such. Files may be deleted that are considered violating this rule.
- The use of this site requires cookies to be enabled for account creation. Repeatedly dropping your account (by logging out or clearing your cookies) instead of sticking with a few accounts--will cause all your UIDs/accounts to be forcibly merged and/or your IP banned for spam.
TinyChan staff reserve the right under all circumstances to apply/change these rules where necessary and/or remove content without notice. Remember: the use of TinyChan is a privilege, not a right.
