Generated a Morning Poop (MP) prior to the commencement of my work day. 95% of the poops I take are between 5 am and 6 am. I like to poop in the morning before daily activities so that I do not need to use Toilet Facilities (TFs) that others use.
How do other tinychan users plan their bowel movements?
Perhaps there exists an optimal lifestyle such that all poops are generated and expelled cleanly, with little Poop Residue (PR) left along the Anal Walls (AW), upon waking up.
