did you know that humans are not omnivores but frugivore. basically not even vegetables are good enough for the human digestion.

you can see a lot of people eating shit from the factory like bread, pasta, pizza, cheese, rice, sugar, meat, butter... and because they don't die immedeatly, they assume this is acceptable food for them. but it isn't. they are just dumb.

they get sick from the food just slowly enough not to suspect their food. getting sick is mostly optional.

i have been on mostly fruit since 2017 and i can only say this stuff works, it is a miracle. so is fasting. the human body is a completely different machine once you put the intended fuel in.

when i go to the grocery store i mostly buy banana. 8-10 bunches of banana, 6 grapefruits, 2 pineapple, 2 bags of apple, a celery, maybe onion, cilantro, tomato cucumber. i just recently learned there are indian religious people (jains) who don't eat onion and garlic for reasons of spiritual purity, which i thought was heartwarming and hilarious.

Onion and garlic can be considered a kind of “excitement” for the mind and distracts you from focus. Some say it makes you horny! it distracts from sense restraint training anyways, pungent plant. Imagine the Buddha chilling and saying boys, don’t touch that garlic, it make your mind go woowah. Maybe they had super strong psychedelic garlic man… imagine being a monk and getting an onion craving and secretly sneaking away to take a bite out of a big fresh onion ( couldn’t be me )

i do think there is something to it. i thought my focus was good this year but now that the winter is so hard, i sit here and wait for it to be over. i wanna skate but can't.

maybe i should try to ice skate.

What about the protein in meat that soy beans and nuts can't replace?

Fair point, even the chimpanzee documentaries show them ripping up smaller monkeys for meat. Gotta be careful with massive diet changes.

> What about the protein

protein is unimportant. there is 1% or 2% of protein in mother's milk. if protein was important, then there would be more of it in mother's milk.

the people who believe in it are either bodybuilders who usually have a short life or influence victims.

not a fair point, people believe in protein for the same reason they believed in the covid shot. because they were repeated in the face with it all day long. tell a fool he is a dog long enough and watch him start to bark.

you can tell what you were meant to eat by looking at your teeth.

> Onion and garlic

one thing that bothers me about it though is that garlic is medicinal. staying away from it for religious reasons... wouldn't that mean that your religion dissuades you from being healthy? i'd consider that an unhealthy religion even.

> this story is only for hard people:

i once did the experiment and put blended garlic on the soles of my feet and i can not explain to you how it works, but i legit had garlic breath. now how did that happen, did my feet digest the garlic? can the garlic freely travel through my body once i touch it? this happened when i did the 'cold sheet treatment'; another experiment where i heated my body from the inside and the outside to get kind of an fever. i was sitting in a very hot tub while drinking very hot tea and then wrapped myself into a ice cold wet sheet, which was supposed to draw toxins out. made me feel good but did not turn the sheet into a modern art piece as was advertised.

We do not subsist off of mother's milk past early childhood, why are you speaking as though our bodies are designed to drink human milk for their entire life?

We can literally see the diets of early humans and the main problem we have today is not eating non fruit, it's ingesting 100x as much sugar as we evolved to intake. Meaning your fruit diet opens you up to diabetes and cancers just the same as eating bags of candy...

There's a reason we don't just eat fruit throughout history.

i don't. if the general assumption of protein is correct, nobody would need it more then a small baby, yet the small baby gets barely any.

that means you believe the fruit in sugar is the same as the sugar that the factory adds to your favorite beverage.

> pooping

taking a poop should occur about an hour after having eaten. when i eat exceptionally clean, this happens to me too after a while. it isn't bothersome. clean pooping is different. there is hardly even an odour to it, does not stink! it is very quick and takes 2 wipes. one wipe to get everything off the butthole and another wipe just to make sure, yes indeed one wipe really was enough to get everything.

also it comes out easier. for once because it is moist but also because in the clean state, the ass creates it's own lubricant so the poop slides out better.

also when the colon is clean (and not 'caked') it feels good. it is a pleasant feeling to poop, i look forward to it in that clean state. it is a sensory organ when it is not smothered in glue.

so when i have 3 poops a day then don't imagine 3 fat-people-poops where stuff gets stuck, smells awful and takes 20 wipes.

> juice fasting

this is the shortcut to being healthy. i've been doing this for years. for a short while i eat nothing and only drink the fresh made juice from real fresh fruit that i run through the slow juicer. if you don't own a juicer automatically i look down on you, i can not help it. obviously you don't know what is good, though i try my best to remain polite and treat as if you were a person too.

last one i did was 14 days only grapejuice. it is life-changing just to experience the state of having flushed clean the digestive tube. humans were meant to be way happier, healthier and stronger. the factory food robs this from people. people get seduced by convenience into being sick.

·Anonymous A (OP) — 1 week ago, 59 minutes later, 3 hours after the original post[T] [B] #678,373

when i drink around 4 liters or more of fresh juice like that, i don't even lose weight.
bag of apples costs me 2,50€ for 2 kilo and that should turn into maybe 1,2 liter of juice.

grapejuice 14 days was unbelievable.
watermelon juice i did for 3 or 4 weeks.

longest streak i had on only raw fruit i think was 80 days but i drank too little juice and turned underweight. accidental fasting. i was looking like a skeleton 🤣 like bmi 18, i couldn't lean on the wall anymore, it hurt my bones.

made orange juice after i had waken up. just drinking it after not having any for a while felt like a weak orgasm. the orange was pleasantly mild and my body instantly hits the action switch:

> GOOD STUFF INCOMING I REPEAT GOOD STUFF INCOMING, QUICKLY START ALL THE ENGINES

when i ate nothing for weeks and just drank the juice all day, the body feels suspiciously pleasant and able. my muscles aren't as big as the muscles these body builders have but i also use my muscles all the time. they just work good, they perform in a way that i technically never need a break. like when i haul building materials around or carry furniture up stairs, that never bothers me. i can see myself that my muscles don't look big, but regardless i feel strong and they function so good. i'd never be out of breath the way a fatty would be after climbing stairs.

if people knew they could feel this healthy, they'd all do it. they just don't know and they are surrounded by stuff that makes them sick. food industry plays tricks on them. candy literally exists to make people sick. candy means more work for the doctor, more guinea-pigs for science.

+Anonymous G1 week ago, 20 hours later, 1 day after the original post[T] [B] #678,394

when i only drink juice and eat fruit then my colon is always empty. digestion of moist living fruits takes minutes, not hours. whatever i eat is shat out soon after. so when i get used to this state and then eat something cooked i keep thinking i have to shit when i don't because the cooked food is lingering in the intestines for so long. hard to digest stuff doesn't feel like it belongs in the foodtube, it clogs the tube.

·Anonymous G1 week ago, 38 minutes later, 1 day after the original post[T] [B] #678,395

it seems like most people are still completely oblivious to the fact that cooking ruins the food and makes it harder to digest. the stuff that "requires" cooking is obviously not meant for human consumption.

the fools ask "oooh what tastes good?! i wanna eat what tastes good becuase my tongue is the only thing that matters to me!"

back when i would eat potato, i would leave the skin on but potato isn't even edible raw. also it is pure glue. they literally used it as a wallpaper adhesive.

the food industry trained the fool to feel good about consumer food. they drowned him in it, available everywhere. people selling ice cream everywhere, one of the worst foods. associate it with happy emotions. his sense of normalcy is the result of training but the fool refuses to acknowledge this.

·Anonymous G1 week ago, 1 minute later, 1 day after the original post[T] [B] #678,405

fool insist he eats things because they taste good. meanwhile what tastes good to him is engineered to capture him like a pokemon. unnatural food, carefully dialed to taste just right to the idiots, so they let themselves be seduced by the taste and the normality training through repetition.

Does it not bind to your cells and cause diabetes and cancer the same way or is there magic extra science 99% of nutrition scientists don't know?

it does not cause diabetes and cancer and your trust in the nutritional scientist is misguided. you must have been born after covid or otherwise you would understand that the scientists are loyal to whoever pays them, not to you. they will say whatever their owners tell them to say, their studies will prove or disprove whatever they are paid to prove or disprove. you think you are in the same team as the scientist and not just some cattle? that's as dumb and childish as cheering for a football team and believing that "we" played good in the last match.

you think you are in the same team as the scientist but you are actually in the same team as their labrats. i look down on your complete lack of conspiratorial awareness.
