Most images are too big, gotta resize to 2MB or smaller I believe (and use jpg or gif format). It doesn't give a useful error to let you know that's the problem.

@previous (Syntax)there are appropriate uses for each, but 99.9% of people don't know or care what to use, and lots of sites will indiscriminately convert things which further reduces quality. and then there's people on phones who just take screenshots of a meme because they're on a phone and they either can't be bothered with trying to save the original file, or the site intentionally obfuscates it in such a way as to prevent direct saving, which then results in wasted space. the modern internet is an absolute clusterfuck

So far in my life I have ONLY Once uploaded images I took with a Real Camera and that was a few Dick pics for an online gal in trade for her Labia photos.
Many Many for work when I was somewhere on Planet far removed from my work place. I need to locate the photos of this back when it was only 4 Satellite Dishes and While I was there getting ready for the first Launch of the first four Globalstar's. a Massive Lightning storm Struck one of the Dishes and sent down to ground - Blew a 2 Inch thick Steel Backplate, melting it to a mess - These systems have a MASSIVE underground system to take Lightning and dissipate it. Totally FAILED. I have a ton of those photos and just need to locate them.
