It depends on how quickly she got fat. If it is say 3 kg a year, that's common. Keep her. 5 kg a year, that's too quick. Dump her.

@OP I can relate, I work a somewhat public facing job and the clients we have come through there, holy carp. It's not that I'm upset someone has a few extra pounds on them, but it's a stampede of overpaid gross people that don't deserve their status. Shitty habits, shitty diet, shitty attitude; humans suck.
