I do not care about your gender. Whoever at Penn State is ordering all that Starbucks. Stop. I just want one hot chocolate. Your fancy new friend group does not need to order ten drinks at the same time. And ten cookies!? Have some class. The cookies there are not that good.

I've come to appreciate actual bakery cookies/goods at this point. If I'm paying the big bucks I want the real deal. The cupcake shop by my house totally delivers 8).

Hello Sean. I'm really sorry about your bad experience at Starbucks. Let's imagine the alternative. There are 10 people ahead of you in the queue. Are you okay with that? How does that make you feel?
