so for my context:
i am not sure where to start changing my routine in terms of self improvement.
i would not call my daily life a routine full experience. my life is a mess as i said.
so let's say my starting point is a basic template, just the basic needs.
what should i add to the routine/which point of the day i start modifying from?
or what is your routine like? i am so alienated from society that i don't even know.
so i would gladly like to know you readers routines, since i don't know how to form one for myself without any idea.
google is not helping at all, artificial intelligence is trash.
also, if you list the routine, please format it to know when it is morning and midday, night for you.
you don't need to explain further, just what your day looks like.
thank you in advance

I'm also alienated so I'm probably not a good template to follow even if I'm partially functional.

I just run Work Play Needs cycles all day long to break things up. Doing any one thing all day isn't balanced.

Get up go pee
Do not go back to bed.
Do not check phone or internet until afternoon.
Have a drink.
Look outside, weather nice, have drink out there.
Take shower.
If you don't have a job to go to, get one! Doesn't matter what you do or what it pays, just get or have one.
Create a life for yourself outside the internet. Years back I was addicted to the internet. It almost ruined me life and it made me very introverted. Now days I spend an hour or so per day on the net. I only use it at home on my computer. My phone is for text and calls only. Once I did that, in time, I found other thing to do to occupy my time.
I started going out more, meeting people and just living in the real world.
Try it sometime.

Procrastinating the actions used to procrastinate. Forcing a repetitive pattern you think is positive.
I'm extremely bad at routines while wanting them.
> hierarchy of needs, not Maslow, like eat, sleep, drink water, bathroom, shower. Fresh air, communicate.
An example:
Decide to make 1 homemade meal, 1 night a week. It may take all week to make that meal. But looking up recipes gives a structure for time and decisive action. Figure out the prep and do it.
Say spaghetti and meatballs. You can start with a jar and a box of pasta to boil. Going forward break that down to where it's vegetables and flour. Then you end up with a homemade meal that began as a box and a jar. It could take 6 months. It slowly builds determination with a goal and some kind of scheduled organization.
This could work with anything. Shooting a 3 pointer, or stealing a neighbors apples for pie, making friends with a DND or mahjong group, or winning a holiday casserole competition. Maybe cookie bakes. Even just being able to touch your toes or sit in mindfulness for 10 minutes.
There is no point to anything until we decide it should be something that is ourself. And that can change.
