i dont miss houses for these reasons:
a) bugs. idk i just deal with less bugs in the air
b) shoveling
c) lawns to take care of
d) all maintenance is out of pocket & on u (maintenance is included in a building)

e) cant sit on porch or patio naked without being seen

You're not wrong about all the landscaping/maintenance. What I really hate is the HOA. The house my wife and I last had was a bitch.
