congratulations, you know how to use AI. anyone with any knowledge of the internet could've figured that one out.
that being said, that's just how any web server is being provided. no matter your host, domain name service. webserver has IP address -> translates to domain name (eg chan.example) -> served to you in your browser. you hardly looked, you hardly did any research, you simply asked ai.

and all that being said, what exactly was your point? an imageboard was shared here. you seemed to get upset for whatever reason.
