Even though the gulags are unlawful, the judiciary will take care of it. Lincoln's worst offense was illegally suspending habeus, as the court ruled, and since we aren't at war now the courts will handle this. The legislative is worthless. Why? Obama's foreign policy was an extension of the W doctrine of nation building which caused a genocide cos isis. The Kissinger effect even effectuated bibi's genocide. Now the policy is domestic deconstruction with no foreign policy except selling the country out, broken treaties and regressive taxes brokered without representation. The US could save a lot of money by closing 90% of foreign military bases and leaving the world in peace, then gear domestic policy toward peace at home. The could but I doubt they will.
