Topic: Dear Chik Fil A
+Anonymous A — 10 months ago #68,093
Dear Chick-fil-A Team,
I’m writing to share some feedback about a recent visit to one of your locations. I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A’s reputation for outstanding service, which is why this experience stood out to me.
Before placing my order, I was outside the restaurant briefly charging my phone at an outlet. A team member approached me and, without any greeting or question, told me to unplug it. There was no inquiry about whether I planned to come inside or place an order — which I absolutely did and did shortly afterward.
What was most disappointing was the assumption behind that interaction. Later, once inside, I was allowed to charge my phone while ordering and enjoying my meal — something I would’ve appreciated being offered from the start. Being treated with suspicion rather than hospitality was not what I expected from Chick-fil-A.
I hope this feedback helps reinforce the importance of approaching every guest with courtesy and openness — especially when they may just be a few minutes away from becoming a paying customer.
