The reports of such cases are so rare that the ratio is great than 1 in a million, there have never been photos of their genitalia distributed and one of the most famous cases involved a "doctor" who was forcibly driving the transgender ideology in it's infancy, there was a case of twin boys one born with an incredibly tiny penis, this doctor suggested to the parrents that they raise this son as a daughter instead, the boy rebelled against this in his teen years and the doctor pulled strings to ruin his life because he was ruining the research involved, kid ended up killing himself. Note that even in this case of "intersex" birth there was not double genitalia. Any other case of this occuring that has been described is either via the lack of prominent breasts on a women, or the supposed presence of breasts on a man, which could easily just be an incidence of obesity, as breast development is not something you can determine in a fucking newborn.
