You know, the rich white dudes in America wanna create an apartheid her in America. That’s why there are so many rich white guys like Elon Musk and Peter Theil who got rich off black slave labor in apartheid South Africa came over to America, because they want to create a second apartheid state. It’s just too hard to do it in a black majority country so they thought it would be easier in a country where whites are the majority. My idea is, every time a plane crashes or a rocket blows up, basically every time something goes wrong, they blame DEI. 400,000 Americans died fighting the Nazis and the Japanese. We gave money to rebuild Germany and Japan, and we still give support to Israel, even though we’re the ones that died to save them. It's weird to me how few realize this was always the case. I guess erasing history works since nobody mentions the intentional eradication of the Bison from several millions down to a few thousand and the corresponding genocide of the people who were already here, but it was always easy for me to empathize with descendants of slaves' experience of generational trauma and the remaining stigma that cripples growth and opportunity, something the Father Knows Best/ Brady Bunch crowd can't comprehend so they dismiss any factual assessment or lived experience as a 'grievance' with no awareness of their own grievance industry of telling everyone else to shut up. I disagree. from what black people like you(assuming you're one) would never be satisfied and thats a fact. You're smart enough to know that funding billions of dollars isnt the same as asking for reparations especially if you have no direct ancestor /relative to a former slave. So unless black people can could their lineage to former slaves the blacks that were born after really shouldn't be making those types demands. I disagree. from what black people like you(assuming you're one) would never be satisfied and thats a fact. The United States will become too weak to afford to wage wars as a result of Trump’s policies. This benefits non-western countries. The British empire used to be a global empire. You know, there’s one thing you said that I was thinking about in the back of my head, but I didn’t say anything, when you said implied that somehow Trump’s victory means something about truth because most people voted for Trump, isn’t that a fallacy? And really, the same thing could be said the other way. I could just as easily say white people being unreasonable isn’t doing white people in South Africa any favors in South African elections. Skepticism should be a tool, not a dead end. Not sure why the quote because in the US we still have people who operate with reason. maybe it doesn't seem that way because of the echo chambers are reverberating too much noise to make sense of it. But at the end I personally believe in democracy. That people can, have and will find a way to make it. we will never agree on everything but as long as theres some common ground then thar makes up for the shortcomings that from disagreements. I had a friend who talked just like you. she's also black mixed puerto rican. intellectual. Locs. Highly opinionated. "empath" Cancer(sign).We had a fling on and off for years. She would go into these highly verbose monologues of various subjects from extreme rationalism and nihilism to mystical philosophy. Ill admit there were moments where I felt stupid and maybe I was.
