Maybe not clapping is the only form of civil disobedience not punishable by death, I dunno, but it looks like the cult would be happy to make that an ordinance here in the states. I say ordinance since laws are a process of ratification through the House and Senate. Civil disobedience in the form of non-consent is a duty for the Christian when man not only contravenes the will of God but demands obedience in His stead. This also means obeying the law so as to be able to uphold it with integrity as opposed to those who do not. Fight fire with fire only means mutually assured destruction.
