I’m convinced that China and Japan are the same thing, except Japanese culture is just Chinese culture if Chinese culture was anal retentive.

All I’m saying is in Japan, the streets might be clean, they might not like foreigners, they might all follow the rules, everything might be all neat and orderly, but if you want to have fun at a party, I think you should invite a bunch of Chinese people. They don’t call it a party state for no reason.
