The cuisine of CAR is referred to as Centrafrican and the staple diet in Bangui includes cassava, rice, squash, pumpkins and plantains served with a sauce and grilled meat. Okra or gombo is a popular vegetable. Peanuts and peanut butter are widely used. Game is popular, as are the fish-based dishes maboké and soussou. Manioc flour is used for preparing fufuFufu.

It’s ironic some Europeans talk about getting foreigners out of white majority countries when foreign influence has been worse for the places immigrants are coming from than it has been for where the immigrants are headed to.

as far as I know the CAR isn't even a big source of migrants to Europe
well it doesn't even have a huge population so it's a bit natural

I’m talking about the world more generally. In America they’re complaining about black people having jobs because it’s "racist against white people" but they’re also calling South Africa’s land reform "genocide." So they want blacks to leave Europe and America to leave it to the white people, but when blacks think maybe Europeans should leave Africa they’re like, "oh this is white genocide you people are so racist we are victims of racism!" Idk, it’s getting old.
