I'd get lots of push back from various organizations on ground of morality but I wont listen. I'm gonna make the bot anyway so that everybody can have a companion. Besides the upside to this would be that in regards to men's overall health, we would see vast improvement. my theory is that it's us men that get in on our way. specifically the so called " elite men".

I would do the following:
Buy all single family homes for the following:
-someone’s primary home: mortgage balance + 75% of the value
-homes people don’t actually live in and are owned by investors, hedge funds, etc: give them market value
-if it’s a second or more home owned by an individual as investment and they owe money: mortgage + 50%
Sell the primary homes back to the original owners for 100 dollars essentially giving it to them
Any homes not previously owned by an individual would be sold to one at 100 dollars
I think I could do it to my 10 to 15 mile radius and people wouldn’t be killing themselves to have a roof over their heads.
I hate peoples charging 3-4 times actual value for homes while people are on the streets

I also wanna add that unless a meteor with an abundant amount of a valuable hit earth. I would not waste money looking towards space answers. Like to me its very clear that we're more likely to develop sophisticated ai-driven sexbots than to be able to move at light speed and colonize other planets and moons.
