High unemployment as young graudate can't find jobs & companies are closing down. Just look at the big retail store walgreen are gone!

It feels like even the franchises and box stores spec out a 20-30 year investment then pull the plug when the building gets decrepit. When the Kmarts, Sears, and ToysRUs stores wound down, they were looking pretty sketch.
