Sean Hannity is probably one of the most anime characters from any series I’ve ever watched. The character development has been phenomenal.

Although I’d say CGTN and OAN are a pretty close matchup. They’re both made by pretty reliable artists and have amazing plot development. But I’d say OAN is slightly more anime than CGTN, mostly due to the fact that CGTN is Chinese so it’s less authentic Japanese.
