So the Vietnam war was a long time ago, before I was born. But I was just watching some random YouTube video about how Robert Kiyosaki lied about his own dad. Apparently his dad ran for office in Hawaii as a republican, but on two separate occasions he called his dad a communist and called his dad an idiot for not being a communist. And he has two stories about why he got discharged from the marines, one is that he got discharged for not lying when they wanted him to lie, the other is that he quit when somebody told him to shoot a kid. So basically he’s a pathological liar or something and says random crap that’s contradictory, not really surprising since he’s a scam artist, so I have no clue whether anything that comes out of his mouth is true or false. But I was thinking about it, he has this attitude like, "Yeah I was in the military we were so professional and hard we killed loads of Vietnamese communists." I was just thinking about it. In the United States people say "communism is so horrible." Am I ignorant, or is Vietnam not a horrible country? Like they’ve had a communist government for the longest time now and it seems like they’ve done… basically nothing? It doesn’t seem like they’re trying to take over the world or like Vietnamese people are particularly evil or even really that anti American. Am I missing something?

Then he has this thing about saying there’s "communism in American schools." So basically what he’s saying is that, he knows communism is bad because he killed communists, and now he knows that schools in America are communist because he killed communists. Idk, the whole thing seems flakey.

Update yourself on Vietnam. With the exception of North Korea, all other commie countries have discovered how capitalism is the only way to grow the economy.
I have been to Vietnam a number of times over the years. Lovely place with amazing foods

Tbh I don’t really have a problem with communism, I just have a problem with authoritarianism and also stupid democracy. Democracy is fine as long as it’s not stupid. Once the people start voting for stupid shit, they deserve a dictator.
