So I’m not British or English and currently I don’t really have a desire to become British or English. But on the internet, I’ve seen some English nationalists who think that immigrants are "diluting their culture." What’s ironic about that though, is that the English language is just German mixed with French. So English culture technically wouldn’t exist if England didn’t get invaded by the French. But these people are complaining about immigrants being an "invasion." England benefited a lot from invasions. The Romans invaded and gave the English civilization, then the French invaded and gave the English the English language. I think England should get invaded more often to spice up the place.
