Okay so this didn’t happen in real life, it was on the internet. But there was some American guy, who was ethnically Japanese who lived in Japan… for one year… on an anonymous website who said that the CCP has exploding helmets. And I didn’t know he was Japanese at that point so I said something along the lines of, "Wow, that’s a really stupid thing to believe in and it sounds kinda racist because of the stereotype with Japanese soldiers committing suicide in WWII." So then he doubled down, and I looked it up, and I found two links on the internet (stuff spreads it was a couple years ago there will probably be more stuff now if you google it). As in: there were two search results on google, one was an Indian website I’d never heard of in my life, and the other was the Epoch Times. The Epoch Times is associated with Falun Gong which is basically a weirdo Chinese cult that thinks different races go to different heavens so mixed race people can’t go to heaven and the Chinese government is harvesting their organs. (I’m not pro CCP and far right anti CCP people will sometimes be pro Falun Gong just because the CCP is against Falun Gong and they’re anti communist so they assume anything anti communist must be good, which is stupid.) Anyway, I consider it to be a cult because it is. Just look into their beliefs on your own, the think their leader had magic powers like being able to levitate or whatever, it’s wacky stuff. So then I said that and he called me the n word. And that is the singular time in my life I have experienced racism directed towards me as a black person coming from a Japanese person. Also I got into some debate with him about the probability of rocket engine failure and he said statistics is a pseudoscience. So he was a smart guy. Very intelligent. He was so smart he didn’t believe in math. Also it was before SLS and Starship launched and I predicted that basically because the SLS has 4 RS25 repurposed shuttle main engines that were developed in like the 70s or 80s and have tried and tested designs while the Starship has 33 experimental raptor engines, and the probability of something happening at least once is 1-(1-p)^n, which is an exponential relationship, and one engine failure can potentially cause a cascading failure, the SLS was significantly more likely to be successful on its first launch attempt. And he was calling me stupid because "probability isn’t real." Except, I actually called it. The first launch of Starship blew up due to engine failures and the first launch of SLS made lunar orbit on the first attempt. At least he was breaking stereotypes though. Forget Asians are good at math, that Asian didn’t even believe in the concept of math.

Everybody else on the website was like, "I don’t think this guy is really Japanese." When he was saying the Chinese are inferior because of communism I mentioned Japan has one of the largest communist political parties in the world outside of a communist country and he was like, "No they’re just national socialists for the workers!" And it’s like… bruh.

Literally on the 7th "integrated flight test" of Starship it’s still blowing up, but SLS made it on the first attempt, but all these libertarian weirdos are still cheering on Musk just because he’s a billionaire. If you wanna test rockets by flying them, that’s cool… nobody else blows up a rocket 7 times to make it work. That’s not a thing!

You might want to look up statistics on how many people get shot in Japan each year. Even the yakuza doesn’t have guns for the most part. If they did that number would be higher.
