Not so sure about eating it everyday because too much of a Great thing can be a problem.Not every Pho restaurant is the same so one should scope out reviews and try for self.
I do it mostly take out so I can add MORE Rice Noodles and Beef saved from some other meal.
I also tend to add more Basil - With the added meat and Rice Noodles I can end up with a 2nd nights leftovers.

Forgot to add - I add two wedges of Cabbage - Microwaved for one minute to take off the chill and cook just a touch.This puts a Veggie into the soup and the broth makes it very very tasty.

One time I found a dead bug in my pho and I didn’t keep eating it, but a part of me wanted to. It is very good, I still love pho, I just go to a different place to get it now.
