Im going to be objective as I can possibly be but bear in mind its purely from observations Ive made online and IRL I'm more on the curiosity side and wanting to understand the "why" because its fun to speculate.

I'd say it all comes down to various factors(unfortunately). Part culture, part experience, part preferences and part happenstance.

Most black women like asian/white guys for the same reason black guys like latinas/white girls. so if you want to know a reason from a black person, ask first the guy then you'll get an approximation of why from the pov of a black woman.

However I think what needs to be talked about is why black men and women do not like/date each as much as they date outside of their race? I for one have my theories one of them is that I feel like it stems from childhood black american men tend to be raised without a father and have a overbearing and strict mother so the boy grows up having that imbalance and because black women are not passive or submissive this means that they're constantly at their son's throat. As a result I believe the boy will most likely grow up to resent black woman because of the trauma of an emotionally unavailable mother who is strict and does not value black women. They'll more likely to be unfaithful to a black woman compared to women of other races even if they too will get the same treatment.

of course there's also the "date outside of your race in order to gain higher status/opportunities" or because they want to dilute their bloodline or even plain 'ol sexual fetish

Again this is speculation and theories made from my observations and they are not indicative of my perception of black people or people in general. It's complex and I know generalizations serve no one. People can like/love/fuck who they want whenever they want and if they have a preference thats their cross to burden.

I for one am greedy and love 'em all but if I had it my way of preference it'd be a woman who keeps a nice bush. tired of the normalization of prepubescent bald pussy. shits weird.

You made some good points, at the risk of generalizing an entire race. But there are ways to find a mate that has their shit together in your same race if one so desired (aka, date at a 'black church' or find people at business settings (employed/employable), etc.
