Lately, Mostly at work I've been having a lot of thoughts where I feel like people are looking at me and talking about me, even when they probably aren't, and it's been really bothering me. Also this happens a lot in public, and sometimes I even see faces on posters or billboards that seem to be judging me. It's uncomfortable to have eye contact with strangers for me in fear of being judged.

I mean, they are. Humans are kinda crappy in groups and definitely crappy if they think they're dunking on faceless humans they'll never see again.
