yeah that makes sense im guessing thats what those rotating ducks/goose that are usually on display at various asian restaurants. I should try it out at least once I imagine it to have a sweet honey taste. not really a fan of turkey since im not into the taste or the smell.

French Duck ala Orange of course is on the sweet side. Asian hanging ducks vary from not sweet to very sweet. Both are very rich compared to Turkey.
