Sometimes people would ask me if im alright or im ok because it seems like somehow despite my delusion that im doing a good job in masking my mood and my thought the reality is that for some reason it seems to "leak" out. I guess my face falls in a certain way when im lost in thought that even if im attempting to be neutral its still shows.
if I had to answer the question of "am I alright?" Id say "No. Not really I dont think I ever really was to begin with". I'm not really happy but I'm not miserable. Just ambivalent but not that edgy "I dont feel anything" bs. Just that after many years of reacting to everything, being a bitch and complaining like a loser. You stop caring about a lot of unnecessary shit that are inconsequential to the timeline. To me thats ambivalent. thats what going on.

My dad asks me this a lot. I guess I have a 'resting bitch face' or something going on.
I guess the larger answer is that there's nothing going on in my life that really brings me joy, so most of my down time is just spent trying to safely let off pressure from the stuff that would otherwise build up and bring me down.
