Obesity, diabetes, missing limbs, dialysis, congestive heart failure, etc. Why is this?

Sedentary lifestyle, tech dependency / addiction, atrophy of skills, apathy, despair, just a few guesses but things were different when everyone walked around and junk food wasn't readily available.

I've started running at the gym. For 30 minutes. It is unpleasant. But I figure an unpleasant experience for 30 minutes a day is worth it for the opportunity to improve my physical quality of life.

This is true, but it's because of they've become so immersed in the over-saturation of propaganda and algorithmic dependency most have lost the ability, if they ever had it, of critical thinking and discernment. Both sides fell into this trap and the tribal instinct is easier to manipulate when hysteria/ mania overcome the human commodity. There are always exceptions to this gross generalization. There have to be.

ngl, I love the idea of turning into a fat retarded loser who masturbates all day, shoving greasy food into his mouth, becoming bigger, heavier, dumber and lazier

lool... just remember when you start getting winded easily that's an early sign of congestive heart failure which also affects your kidneys and all exacerbated insulin resistance/diabetes, thus a painful cycle of gradual organ failure shortens lifespan by 20 to 50 years. Take up smoking, it's less destructive.

Oh yeah, one of the reasons you got banned from 4chin for dumping in /trash/ is cos PAC money and the millionaire class took over that site after they saw how easy it was for the GRU and CCP to shape minds, and sometimes their vip members have posted in those threads that were pruned. Just a guess, but I got booted for being able to see and for trolling (scaring) this litigious millionaire class of influencers. It's serious business only where they are concerned.
