Alright, I'd like to do a palate cleanse seeing as the front pages are hijacked by "youknowwho".

Let's make this thread for self improvement and getting our shit together by restarting from zero. Post tips, trick, hacks, testimonies on how to elevate yourself in all forms from physical to mental and all in between.
There's too many losers in the world today and for whatever reasons some of us—yes even myself included how became losers for various reasons. However I'd like to change that altogether. Too long losers have had to cope, rage, rant and bitch about the woes of life.
However today I'd like to start a new chapter: One of disciplined, self-regulation, emotional and spiritual maturity. It's easy to bitch about of life especially when we have a loser mentality and that we're alone in the filth but let's "git gud" together. There's too much grifters creating "content" based self improvement. I'm here to say THAT IS ALL BULLSHIT. This.. what we're doing. it will be free for all. All is asked of you is keep this thread alive and with meaningful discussions and insights and keep the garbage outside!

I will start us off!!!!!

Exercise!!- In my case I just do pushups and dips. I'am skinny lean lad and have a fast metabolism that can rival even the flash. However I strive to work out every other day day alongside drinking water! Why? well the goal is simply to not get lazy and for my body to move and create good bloodflow, good for the brain too. Bulking is difficult for me at the moment but I wont give up, I'll eat what I can and exercise everyday as a way to keep up the habit. Also it just feels good working out.So go on a walk, do some push ups and call it a day. Make sure you drink water everyday as well.

That's whole point of this. To stay on top and be a motivating light for us to git gud together. Like just a moment ago I did 5 push ups and 5 dips. Drink some water and wrote in my journal. I also did not jerk off since yesterday. So far so good!

I'm on my third dual-chamber pacemaker and I can still do 10 to 15 pushups b4 my accelerometer catches up. Muscle memory from when I was stronger, I guess.

Also I did 10 push ups today and I also threw out my tv and I haven't jerked off in a day. I'd like to make some positive changes and just be a decent and happy person with some friends but I know it'll take time so the goal is to maintain consistency everyday.

my brother and I did a contract with each other, that says both of us will be awake by 8 am since we both are losers and normally sleep at around 5am or 2am. who doesn't wake up at the 8am alarm will sleep outside the next night with no sheets and only with his cloths, and if you don't wake up in that day again the contract is still ongoing. I did something similair previously with him, that was about playing poker for 10h straight (I want to become pro poker player) and the judgement was if I didn't focus and lost my streak before 1am I will sleep that night naked outside in this winter. which actually improved my gameplay and I started to become profitable at the end of the day, I'd get into a table with 250 and be out with 900 or 800.
so there's that for ya losers, sign the contracts.
