I had those when I was young. I made some good 'chuks out of an old maple broom handle, carved two side holes through the center hole, tied thru using the wrist to elbow/ palm spread measuring system and bloodied myself until I got it. Bows pulled my hair until I learned to tie it back. My last bow was a customized 90lb pull sighted bear camo 2, I think. It was like musical instruments... they came naturally to me but learning was always painful. I never considered I was 'skilled' but that all things are gifts.
