Because "Mum Mum" is a word that Asians (particularly the Chinese) use to talk to babies, toddlers, and little kids ages 5 and under about food and eating.

I first saw these at a Walmart years ago and I was like "OMG whoever came up for a name for this product has to be Asian because "Mum Mum" is a word that Asians (particularly the Chinese) use to talk about food and eating to babies, toddlers, and little kids ages 5 and under.
