How to convince Asian family to let me ride Cosmic Rewind????
It doesn’t have inversions and it goes backwards like Revenge of the Mummy (which I went on) so they should let me ride that·Anonymous A (OP) — 1.1 year ago, 34 seconds later, 20 minutes after the original post[T] [B] #659,635

Can an adult guest ask a Disney cast member to ride with them if
Their family won’t let them go on a ride by themself?????+Anonymous C — 1.1 year ago, 1 hour later, 2 hours after the original post[T] [B] #659,636
@659,729 (A)But your mom fired you for complaining about her reprimands, so you’re likely trespassed from Disney. Fuck it just sneak up the lightning lane. There’s no scan at merge so you’ll be good
·Anonymous C — 1.1 year ago, 2 minutes later, 2 hours after the original post[T] [B] #659,637
@659,730 (A)Only if they are a VIP tour guide. A regular cast member is most likely in a safety critical position they aren’t allowed to leave. They get a formal reprimand like your mom always gives you, except those are 2 point safety reprimands, yours are just shtick reprimands.
·Anonymous C — 1.1 year ago, 1 minute later, 2 hours after the original post[T] [B] #659,638
@659,724 (A)You have to get a lightning lane pass or boarding group at 7:00 or 13:00 in the my Disney experience app
·Anonymous C — 1.1 year ago, 30 seconds later, 2 hours after the original post[T] [B] #659,639
@659,728 (A)As with mission: space, you can just go on it. It is usually a walk on

@659,726 (A)Once again just go

Rider switch is for families with kids who do not meet the height requirement or families with little ones who are sleeping. This would not help your situation as it just enables one person to wait outside with the kid while everyone else rides and then allows them +1 other guest to immediately go up the lightning lane after the other part of the party has waited in line and already rode. This is to not make it so parents or guardians don’t have to wait again after they watched over their kid. That said if you are grown up, they shouldn’t stop you from going in by yourself. If they are that concerned they should give you a phone to check up on you but yet also don’t want to go on certain attractions with you such as rise of the resistance or flight of passage.

@OP
Why would they not allow you to ride a thrill ride alone?
·Anonymous A (OP) — 1.1 year ago, 7 hours later, 11 hours after the original post[T] [B] #659,861
theme park strategy needed for the following:
-party of 3, all adults
-2 people don’t like thrill rides, 1 do
-the thrill seeking adult is not allowed to go on rides solo because the other party members are overprotective and controlling
-other 2 members force thrill seeker on kiddie rides, making said thrill seeker miserable against their will because when thrill seeker tries to protest/argue other members use threats/get angry
-other members think that riding solo is a waste of time
-not allowed to split up at the park
-other 2 members control all aspects of trip and not allow the thrill seeker to make any decisions
-thrill seeker tries to compromise, everyone else is NOT having it
-thrill seeker is autistic but high functioning and seeks independence
-party is a typical overprotective strict and controlling Asian family consisting of mother and 2 adult children+Anonymous E — 1.1 year ago, 24 minutes later, 12 hours after the original post[T] [B] #659,742

virtual queue/lightning Lane at Disney
2 rides that I want to go on, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Cosmic Rewind, apparently all need virtual queues/Lightning Lane. I don’t know how to buy them and my family doesn’t allow me to make online purchases. I am an adult.
1) Can you do it at the parks?
2) Help me convince them to buy virtual queue/lightning lane do I can ride
3) How to bypass virtual queues/lightning Lane and sneak onto the rides if all else fails
Any help would be really appreciated!!!!!·Anonymous E — 1.1 year ago, 13 minutes later, 16 hours after the original post[T] [B] #659,801

I don’t understand my Asian mom’s logic when it comes to getting wet
It was cool/cold and raining where I live today and my mom got wet but she was ok with it and never complained or worried about illness and she is ok with riding It’s a Small World which is a boat ride WITH WATER and you may get a bit wet on it so I don’t understand why she’s so against me riding Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.·Anonymous A (OP) — 1.1 year ago, 1 hour later, 1 day after the original post[T] [B] #659,866
