Add at a Osaka restaurant. Protein was grilled mackerel (watch the bones), slices of kingfish sashimi and a cashew&whitebait side-dish. As well, there was rice and miso soup. Still japanese but slightly different from the norm.

I’m not educated enough in medicine to know if this is a brag or if you’re on life support.

I ran/walked at 4 km/hr for 30 minutes. That's slow. It may have been around the time when I injured my knee and I was doing a slow recovery. When my knee suffered an injury I was hobbling around and I wanted to exercise but not make things worse with my knee.

I cracked 30 and it was downhill from there. I'm 1 crash diet away from getting back to that but I'll probably just chill on the sweets for the next few months and do it responsibly.
25.2 BMI currently.

Being 20 is the cosmic free-pass for being fit - you just have to not screw it up. Pretty good deal really.

Yeah, probably will give it to you. Chances are low that you have a ton of competition in here.
