Topic: Graphic novel recommendations? That also came out in the 2010s?
+Anonymous A — 10 months ago #65,946

I'm finding it hard to find some good shit, especially since there's not a fucking charting site for comics. Can a graphic novelfag help me out?

There's like 10 of us and we're all sleeping lol.
Nah, I was collecting floppies in the 2010's, couldn't tell you what was good or what story arcs you need to hit.
As much as I hate that cesspool, reddit had a comics area. 10 years ago an occasional GEN X collector that knew their stuff might chime in. I got tired of the karma herders and blog bots and bailed a long time ago though.
Personally I flipped between indie and DC for the most part, especially with Disney slurping up Marvel - wasn't really interested in seeing what they'd do with the properties.

The only graphic novels I've read were all manga.

That's a good point too, manga wrecked the domestic market. Most people were off of regular graphic novels at that point. I had a bunch in highschool/college myself.

OP
This actually happened and was in the news.
Man hires a prostitute from a dating site and his daughter shows up.

Wonder woman's related comic or graphic novel will be the best seller in the market!

I remember real life graphic novels with comic balloon was a trend in the industry back then.
