You didn't... generate this photo with AI did you?? :P
100% with you. I'm more than capable of writing, drawing and organizing on my own. Really not sure what to do next though, I need a cellphone with apps for work. Arrgh those apps are annoying - aggressive auto complete you can't turn off.
Guess I'll just Linux nerd on my own time, I can't quit working, it pays money!

“Oh, absolutely, let’s say no to AI. While we’re at it, let’s also say no to electricity, the internet, and modern medicine. Who needs progress or convenience when we can struggle through life the old-fashioned way? After all, penning letters by candlelight and manually calculating square roots builds character!”

df we need to endlessly progress toward? how about we focus on feeding and housing everyone we already have internet electricity and modern medicine, but not everyone even has access to that or even running water. so um yeah.

Nothing new here, I'm not gonna support libtard psychos who draw porn of characters aimed at children and would threat you with allegations through Google Docs for not complying to their cultish ideology. I do agree that AI slop is bad however, and that these corporations are at an advantage by making users reliant on their paywalled datamining AIs.

Simulating the human brain accurately (it could be much better than the current language model “AI”s of today), but their only goal would be to make lots of money out of it as fast as possible.
> feeding and housing
Weird how people in third-world countries (but even in America) still aren't treated fairly.

people that are pedophile thingd r criminals. ppl that draw porn r weird. it still take talent. someone was charged for using AI to create CP. let humans human. who cares if someone wanna draw weird drawings. if it isnt CP who cares. jus cuz u dont like sumthin dont mean u gotta tell other ppl to stop doing it. THATS WHAT LIBTARDS DO

devil's advocate: you just told him to stop doing something you don't like, lol
you're not wrong though. companies like it because it allows them to collect and analyze data faster and they don't have to pay someone a living wage to do it. it provides no net benefit to to humanity as a whole.
@659,230 (F)
innovation for the sake of "the new thing" is just mindless consumerism. solving problems through innovation is fine, and there's no shortage of problems in need of solving.
·Anonymous G — 1 year ago, 2 hours later, 3 days after the original post[T] [B] #659,310
@previous (FuckAlms !vX8K53rFBI)
LLMs can solve certain coding problems (good for complicated shit you don't know on how to proceed), assist with language-related tasks (e.g. translations, finding the right words, paraphrasing, backtracing, predicting the next words), and answer hyper-specific questions where Google would fail at (at least the bigger models can especially), but I'd still need (my own) human oversight to double-check its results for accuracy and ensure that it works. I didn't really understand what
ducky meant exactly on the other hand, and yes, it's true that AI companies do exploit people's work.
Unrelated though, but I used to find Two Minute Papers entertaining on YouTube before it went full on the AI hype that these videos are now nothing but Nvidia and OpenAI advertisements.
The way how Microsoft decided to integrate AI into Paint and Notepad seemed like mindless consumerism for one (nobody asked for this feature), I seriously hope that Windows doesn't become even more bloated with local files for these models (so it could be used offline, in that it installs automatically without your permission).
