I guess my issue is they never delivered on healthcare for everyone. It's bunk, and working folk and hospitals are taking on the load for the expenses. They made all these promises that a national healthcare system would be cheaper for everyone involved - instead we got this program that hooks up ultra-poor folk but keeps the working class and middle class footing the bill (and still no healthcare for all). They're socializing the costs but not the benefits.

However they are totally OK with babies born that will starve to death, because the Party is anti helping starving family's.
