Topic: How come whenever Americans travel they get to do everything but not Asians?????
+Anonymous A — 1.2 year ago #65,618
Whenever Americans travel they make bucket lists and do everything on them but Asians (my relatives mainly) are super obsessed with strict time management and itineraries forcing them to do separate trips in order to see and do everything that they want.
Is this an Asian thing or what???? I wish my Asian relatives allow me to do all bucket list items in a single trip.

We Asians are very practical.

I agree. Now, will you marry me so I don't have to marry my youngest sister?

Sounds like a family dynamic thing. Mine will cut half of the itinerary to party: staying out late drinking and eating hotwings is fine, but nobody will wake up in time for breakfast that was planned in the morning then. I can't even buy everyone coffee in the morning because there is no guarantee they'll be up before it's cold. Humans are weird.

The weirdest humans are my Asian relatives

Mine is the “plan everything for me” type. I make a small bucket list for stuff I wanna do on tips then my Asian family says “no we do this instead (insert something else) because there’s no time” forcing me to have to wait idk how long until my next trip to be able to finally check off my bucket list.
