Executive Order 13771: Establishing Uniform Capital Punishment for All Legal Violations

By the authority vested in me as the Eternal God Emperor of the United States of America, and to ensure the preservation of order, discipline, and unity throughout the nation, I hereby declare the following:

Section 1: Purpose

To maintain absolute order, eliminate all forms of dissent, and ensure strict adherence to the law, this Executive Order establishes that all violations of the law, regardless of severity, will result in capital punishment. This measure will serve as the ultimate deterrent against any and all criminal activity, thus securing a peaceful, obedient, and orderly society under my leadership.

Section 2: Capital Punishment for All Legal Violations

1. Effective immediately, any violation of federal, state, or local law, no matter how minor or severe, will be punishable by death. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Traffic violations (e.g., speeding, failure to signal, illegal parking)
• Littering
• Jaywalking
• Failure to pay fines, fees, or taxes on time
• Petty theft
• Public disturbances (e.g., excessive noise, loitering)
• Vandalism, including minor property damage
• Any violation of public ordinances, including failure to comply with curfews or gathering restrictions

Section 3: Immediate and Efficient Judicial Processing

1. The existing judicial process is hereby streamlined to ensure the swift implementation of capital punishment. All individuals arrested for violating the law shall be processed and sentenced within a 72-hour period.
2. Appeals and legal reviews are hereby eliminated. Once sentenced, individuals will be immediately placed on death row and their execution date scheduled.
3. Special tribunals, led by government-appointed judges, will preside over these cases to expedite the process and ensure uniform application of this Executive Order.

Section 4: Enforcement

1. The National Guard, along with all local law enforcement agencies, shall be authorized to arrest, detain, and transport any individual suspected of breaking the law directly to designated processing centers.
2. Any attempt to resist arrest or evade sentencing will be considered an act of treason, and such individuals will face immediate execution without trial.

Section 5: Oversight

1. The Office of the Eternal God Emperor shall establish a central command to oversee the enforcement of this Executive Order and ensure uniform application across all states, territories, and federal jurisdictions.
2. A National Execution Registry will be created to track those sentenced to death and monitor compliance with execution orders. This registry will be available to government officials only and classified to the public.

Section 6: Exceptions

1. There are no exceptions to this order. All individuals, regardless of age, status, or position, will be subject to capital punishment upon breaking the law.

Section 7: Implementation

This Executive Order is effective immediately and supersedes all previous legal frameworks related to criminal punishment. All federal, state, and local governments must comply with this order.
