Not sure why you're surprised that someone like Trump would believe in such nonsense.
But does it really matter though? The entire country has been operating on eugenic principals for a while now.
The only difference is that we've become a Schrodinger's cat in that we both are aware of what eugenics are and we also remain ignorant as to what eugenics are.
