I have been suffering from eczema for nearly my entire life, starting when I was a kid. Lately I have had a really bad flare-up on my left cheek, behind my ears, and my neck. My neck is where it is the worst. It's a bunch of bumps/rash of varying sizes. It randomly appeared over the summer and it hasn't cleared up after creams and stuff. It itches, too. It will also leave scarring, which sucks. Luckily I will treat that.
I had it on the other side of my face and neck last winter and that lasted for months, too. It cleared up but it left a bit of scarring
How can I get this flare up under control?????

Not sure if true but if you do actually have eczema, you might want to try going sugar free and see if that helps. Also green peas helped me.

Cut out all sugar! Especially soda and alcohol drinks and switch from cheap cooking oils to olive oil. Cut way back on red meat...eat Turkey, Chicken and Fish and give it 6 months and it will fade away.
