All Americans earning less than 100k a year will be subject to a 65% income tax. 100k to 1M you pay 35% and over 1M 0%. Everyone must file individually.
If you become homeless you will go to jail. If you need healthcare everyone under 1M will have to go to a healthcare casino and bet 100 dollars until you win your doctor appointment with odds starting at 50:1 for a doctor appointment and 500:1 for a minor surgery 1000:1 for major surgery and cancer treatment. 1M and above will get it for free.
