im 30 now, what shud i do thats different new and exciting step up in my 30s. ill buy a condo when im 35 i guess, idk??????

Well I don't know what you are doing now. But if I was 30 again I would put more money in my savings account. I would plan my retirement a bit better. The economy keeps getting higher which mean I need to put even more back so I can retire comfortably someday.

As far as a place to live, that is a good plan. If you are thinking about changing locations then get out a visit other places to find something you will like.

As far as exciting, try a new hobby. What do you do now? How about skydiving? River rafting? Maybe roller skating..Try something new and different.
