its a sakura blossom petal. not sure why its green, though. its probably due to tiny-hime being the green fairy, and ended up being the main one of the three.

Actually that's what Otakutalk's is supposed to be. Tinychan's is just a single clover leaf stolen from the 4chan logo.

Actually it predates t4c. It's just a relic of 4chan being the most famous chansite at the time. Minichan and 7chan also used to have variants of it. (idk if 7chan still exists, so I'm speaking in past tense)
