huh that's interesting. it was a post on X. The person mentioned those two things but in the context of "wokeness" because they were bashing some game. so I was confused because where do those terms even come from.

It used to be culture was celebrated; being different and having history was a virtue. You guys already killed comic books and Netflix (and you don't even care about comic books). Video games are about done too, I'm waiting for Mario to come out as brown and trans at this point.

Well I mean I have nothing to do with any of that lol I just wanted to know what the meaning behind it was. but now that you mentioned I never really understood the beef with the diversity stuff because ultimately in the case of video games I just want the game to be fun. I've seen cases of people bashing the new AC game thats coming out just because the main characters are a woman and a black man. As long as the game has fun mechanics then what does it matter you know?
or am I missing something?

SW was probably star wars, due to kathleen kennedys unwavering insistence in making it gay and lame. the AC thing is basically a group of people trying to give this one black slave that nobunaga bought from a group of jesuits way more significance than he actually had, in an attempt to spread their diversity cult to japan.
