Topic: Astroturfed “conservative” sitcoms made to make leftists look better in comparison
+Anonymous A — 1.4 year ago #65,058
Have you ever wondered why these supposedly right-leaning pseudo-conservative Family Guy knock-offs like Mr. Birchum (2024) and The New Norm (2024) as of late have been so poorly-written lately, relying on stale, overused anti-woke jokes that only serve to reinforce negative stereotypes about conservative views? It's as if these shows are intentionally designed to suck ass, as a means to trend on Twitter or YouTube just to be criticized and made fun of, providing an opportunity for leftists to dismiss all conservative types of comedy as inherently bad and unfunny.
Here are some interesting things to point out:
- The Babylon Bee prefers to avoid making fun of Jews.
- Dave Rubin behind The New Norm sitcom grew up in a “fairly secular Jewish household.”
- We all know Ben Shapiro behind Mr. Birchum and Lady Ballers (2023) is a Jew as well.
Making a cartoon is a resource-intensive process, requiring a team of professionals for backgrounds, assets, sounds and writing for various aspects of production, making it a costly endeavor (you know what kinds of people are rich here). The subpar quality of these conservative cartoons suggests an ulterior motive: to cast a negative light on right-wing views by excessively stereotyping them, thereby creating a distorted image of conservatism.
This is a fucking PsyOp meant to brainwash people to become more divided and cause chaos (also to make quick bucks from all the engagement). Stop trying to rig the election for fuck's sake.

im begginning to think sitcoms as a whole are awful forms of television, equivilent to "reality"
ive been watching a channel called MeTv, and the only old sitcoms i find tolerable are thats seventies show(plays softball with feminism but everything else is still tolerable) and andy griffith. archie bunker and al bundy seems based, but every other character on their shows are really insufferable, which suggests they are only there to be mocked.
