Mine has 88 keys. They're black and white and make beautiful melodies. Much better sounding than your clickity clack keyboard.

It's not that hard. You literally just hold down "Fn" while pressing the designated key. (e.g. Fn + 1!, Fn + ;:) It depends on the keyboard. You already do this when using Shift, Ctrl, and Alt. It's really no difference.
