I'm not happy being fat. Sugar has about a dozen effects on my body, all negative.

This is the worst effect on my body. I'm not 100% sure it's caused by sugar. Little specs of skin get into my eyes and cause inflammation. I need expensive cream to stop that, plus I can't open my eyes for 8 hours after applying the cream. I think sugar definitely has a negative effect on my skin.

I'm sure all of you are disappointed. That's addiction. Anyway, tomorrow I am NOT allowed sugary food. The punishment for having sugary food: 4 bananas. If I have sugary food tomorrow I have to eat 4 bananas. Not really keen on that. Plus they have to be eaten before eating the sugary food.

By the way I've been trying to get off sugar for about 7 years.
