The one where the singer sings about wanting someone to give him AIDS.

hope the Corporate Office reads this: This apartment building has been going down hill for years. I am privately employed by a client who lives in this building and have been for 5 years so I'm in the building 4 days a week. I have seen Management yelling at residents, generally the elderly. They are generally very intimidated in fear they could loose their apartments. The Maintenance department changes employees almost every 3 weeks because they won't work with a Building Manager who yells at them. The Cleaning Company employees have difficulty communicating with the Bldg. Mgr. which leads them to quit anywhere from a month to six month. However the current cleaning personnel is super, however the Bldg. Mgr. pulls him off his regular duties to clean apartments and therefor the halls, entryway, trash rooms do not get cleaned. It is not pleasant to take out the trash and have to hold your nose each time. The trash shoot needs power-washed at least weekly. The biggest problem right now is "bed bugs". This goes back to at least two years and has gotten worse each month. At this time the whole place has been sprayed three times as of Feb 12, 2015. I personally have seen more bed bugs that I ever cared to see. Despite the Bldg. Mgrs. remark that they don't travel from apartment to apartment, I've seen them in the hallway on the handrail. And maybe those were from items being thrown away but the fact is they were in the hallways too. The other problem I see is the variation of residents. I am referring to the elderly versus young mentally challenged or drug addicted residents. Some of these residents need a mental facility not an apartment complex. You have these young 20 something fighting with a knife on the 10th floor in the hallways along side 70 to 90 yr old residents. The tv monitors show police are showing up on a regular basis due to drugs and violent behavior. They laundry room finally gets new washer and dryers after years of broken down equipment but they haven't addressed the fact that the dryer ventilation is not up to code. I was personally told this by the serviceman of the washer and dryers two years ago. Eight dryers connected to a 2ft width vent. The elevators are filthy but have been working fairly well in the last 6 months. Prior to that they were always broke down. I also have to mention that the Bldg. Mgr. shuts down the big elevator during the busiest time of the day, during lunch when residents are coming and going to the cafeteria on the 10th fl. In the past week, I counted 3 lights burnt out, lobby, 6th fl. & elevator. This building could use security cameras on every floor, entrance and elevators. Something needs to be done at Grandview Towers in Evansville, IN. I would start with new management, however I think the owner may want to come in un-announced to assess the situation. For the safety of all the Health Department and Fire Department need to come in and inspect this building as soon as possible. I feel for each and every elder person in this place. They have had a full life and all they want to do is live what time they have left in a clean, safe, quiet, bed bug free home and environment

Wasn't it called "Felching with Freddy Mercury" or something like that?
