I will make it mandatory to charge 2500 dollars a month for rent in rural areas, 4000 dollars in suburban areas and 8000 dollars a month in urban areas. These are for 1 bedroom plans, for 2 bedrooms it will be 1500 more a month.
I will also sue gas companies for not charging 10 dollars a gallon for gas and they must charge 15 in California.
